AGH has completed numerous public works, transportation, and drainage projects within the City of Brownsville and Cameron County. These projects have ranged in detail and scope from individual one lot site plans to comprehensive county wide planning studies. Our public works projects for the Brownsville PUB have included lift stations, water transmission mains, and sanitary sewers. We have also preformed topographic surveys for BPUB for their use in in-house design projects. Past projects in Brownsville have also included parks improvements, such as Veterans Park and Lincoln Park in Brownsville, street rehabilitation projects throughout the city and major construction works such as the Robindale and South Wastewater Treatment Plants.
AGH is fully equipped with a complete set of Global Positioning System (GPS) surveying equipment in order to serve our clients better and reduce the time and man power required to retrieve geospatial data from the field. This investment in equipment translates in to savings realized by both AGH and their clients. With our new GPS capabilities, we are averaging a reduction of thirty (30%) of field time and sometimes able to achieve those results with one less person in the field party. We have the capabilities and sufficient equipment to mobilize two fully equipped field parties and can assemble a third group from office and contract personnel in emergency situations.
